RETURNS: 

Allowable returns as defined below will be repaired, replaced or credited by A-Net's Ltd.
 

Shipping Errors and/Damages

Please report any shipping or invoice errors on the part of A-Net's or any damaged merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt.  No claims will be allowed except for manufacturer defects and/or any merchandise which has been worn, this is due to health reasons. For date sensitive orders, please report any damages on the date of receipt of order to allow time for any necessary corrections. A-Net's is not responsible for any expedited shipping charges on order corrections if the error or damage is not reported immediately.

A-Net's will issue a store credit (not a refund) for allowable returns.

Manufacture Defects:

A-Net's will replace or repair any items with manufacturer defects up to 30 days from the date of invoice. Only if an item cannot be replaced or repaired will a credit be issued. After the 30 days, A-Nets will have sole discretion whether or not an item is returnable.
 

Customer Error:

There will be a 15% restocking fee on any allowable returns that are not due to A-Net's error. All shipping charges relating to returns and/or corrections not due to A-Net's error are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Corrections:

Orders will be corrected as soon as possible and may, where appropriate, include a prepaid self-addressed envelope or UPS return label to A-Net's for your convenient return to us of any damaged or incorrect product. Please be sure to alert us if your order correction is date-sensitive.

Colors and Measurements:

Due to manufacturing and/or dye lot variations, A-Net's is not responsible for products that vary slightly from descriptions, measurements or photos. 
 

Freight Credit:

Freight credit on damaged merchandise returned to A-Net's will be limited to actual UPS published rates for non-expedited shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

Special orders, Hand-Crafted Items are not returnable.  Earrings are not returnable due to health reasons.

Items as Sets:

Iems sold as a set must be returned as a complete set or no return can be allowed.

Free Ground Shipping On U.S. Orders Over $500.00!
Free Shipping does not apply to back orders, expedited (upgraded) freight charges or any international orders.

 

A-Net's ships orders via UPS. Orders generally ship within 1- 2 business days if items are in stock. Orders requesting same day shipping must be received by 2pm central time for UPS.   If your order includes items which must ship the same day, please contact us to verify availability. 

UPS Service in the U.S.   UPS requires a street address and will not deliver to a PO Box. 

 

 

Date Required Items: If a "Date Required item" is on back order and/or if your chosen shipping method will not guarantee delivery by your date required, A-Net's will contact you.  If we are unable to reach you, your order will ship as per the method you have selected and/or may have to ship with a back-order. 

Actual Shipping May Vary: In the event that actual shipping charges exceed those shown upon checkout, A-Net's will contact you.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for all freight charges on parcels shipped to incorrect addresses provided to

A-Net's. 

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE USA: At this time we ship to the United States and Canada.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a A-Net's Ltd. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, A-Net's Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. A-Net's Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, A-Net's Ltd. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated A-Net's Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an 

A-Net's Ltd. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
